1/2 C butter 1 C brown sugar 1/4 C Milk 2 C powdered sugar Melt butter, mix in brown sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, mix in milk. Heat to boiling, remove from heat. Cool to room temperature, Gradually stir in powdered sugar.
