Basic recipe for gluten free flour can be obtain by substitute regular flour with the following  combination: 1-2/3c white or brown rice flour, 2/3c. tapioca flour(starch) and 3/4tsp. Xantham Gum then adjust to the recipe above. The ratio for substitute  is cup per cup  for regular flour.
