1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Cooked rice
4 big diced tomatoes
1 minced green pepper
2 minced onions
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Chicken stock
2 tbsp. Diced cooked  link sausage
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Sauté shrimp in butter to cook add onions, peppers, mushroom and cook until translucent,

Add tomatoes, chicken stock, cooked rice and link cooked diced sausage

Make a roux by mixing flour an butter and thicken the shrimp with the ingredients, shimmer for 30 minutes, salt and pepper for taste ….
