Pita Bread
1 1/4 cups water

3 1/2 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons instant yeast

Mix ingredients and separate in  dough balls.Let rest’ covered for 10 minutes then  flatten each sized ball in 1 inch thick dough. shape it if necessary.

Bake at 450 . Using a spray bottle filled with water spry the bread during the cooking process once, do not let it brown cause will get hard. will cook  very fast . Let it rest after baking and deflate, pita bread should create  2 separate pockets when cut in half .

Use it in the next few days after baking . keep it covered .
