Summer is all about fresh green salads and fresh fruits.
Think of colors when you make your salads, think acidity and texture .
Combine fruits with green leaf salads toss with a honey vinegratte or just salt, pepper and a squized lemon juice .another easy dressing to use is a mixture of olive oil with a light vinegar or use apple cider add a tea spoon of sugar or less if you need to reduce the acidity .
Think of walnuts, radish , carots,cucumber,crutons ,etc for texture , add cheese or tofu for proteins..posibilitiesare endless.
Now you have it all . COLOR,TEXTURE AND ACIDITY ..
