EATING SPROUTS: Cook sprouts for a short time only around  4 to 6 minutes to be able to keep all nutritional values, cook  soybean sprouts for a longer time since are tougher.

Eat raw sprouts as a snack or added to fresh salads, soups and casseroles, to almost any foods. If sprout are to be used in hot dishes add only at the end before serving, since do not need extensive cooking sprouts can be baked, steamed and fried.

Sprouts sandwich.

2 slices of your favorite bread spread with cream cheese on both sides, place sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, sprinkle  salt for taste  add your sprouts (cooked , steamed , fried or raw) .
