You will need
A good quality chop,
Ground coffee. We use expresso
Mushroom soy sauce
In a skillet brown onion and garlic with vegetable oil
In a bowl mix 2 table spoons of cornstarch with 1 table spoon salt,1 table spoon pepper,1 table spoon of coffee. Dry rub all the pork chops then place them in your skillet with onions and garlic.
Ad 1/2 cup mushroom soy sauce flipping often on both sides until color is achived . Deglaze with a 1/2 cup mango juice.
Finish in oven until chops are thender.
Use the sauce with the onions created in the pan to serve with your pork chop
