Very easy to prepare and short time consuming. Potatoes and flour not too healthy but can make a good side dish along with some proteins and fiber.

2 lb potatoes, 1/2 lb flour, water and salt that all what you need

Boil potatoes with skin then peel and press them trough a potato masher or press the potatoes until no chunks. Add flour and make it a dough. Shape your dough in to a stick and cut slices about 1/2 inch.Drop potato dough in to salted boiling water. Remove when dough float to the top.. drain and serve with a home made sauce
