Now we made this cream soup to share with you in less then 5 minute.
This is proof  that you can emulate a cream of mushroom soup without having the use of any beef stock or starch thickeners.
Heat up to about 180F  6 cups of low sodium vegetable stock then add 1/2 cup of mushroom soy sauce and 1 cup of heavy cream. Adjust the taste with garlic granules and onion salt
Tip: do not heat vegetable stock to a boiling and add cream . That will curd. Add cream at the same temperature with the stock by tempering the cream first
