Shrimp devined, tail on
White wine 1 cup
Garlic fresh crashed 2 small cloves
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Lemon zest 1 tea spoon
Black pepper
Salted Butter 1/2 cup
Chopped fresh parsley
Cook shrimp in a skillet , toss with all other ingredients . Do not over cook
Tip .once the shrimp turn pink remove from the heat. Over cooking the shrimp will have a rubber texture .
Use cornstarch mix with cold water to thicken the dish .I’m talking about 2 T spoons added at the end of the cooking process. It will make the shrimp coat with butter garlic lemon and parsley
