Halibut is a fat fish so it will flake during the cooking time. Make sure is not overcooked and have a side of creamed garlic prepared to go with this fish. 

Preparation is les then 5 minute Sprinkle salt pepper and shredded  lemon peel on fish fillet and place it in an oiled I  pan. 

Place sliced lemons and fresh dill along the fish and brush with olive oil and sprinkle spicy  paprika .

 Bake at 400F for 20 minutes  then reduce to 350F for 15 more or until fish start to flake.
