Here is a good tip when making cupcakes instead of using artificial dye or traditional food coloring try using fruits and veggies! That’s right fruit and veggies, take a juicer and juice a fruit or veggie of the desired color; take a few drops and add to your frosting until you get the desired color. I myself will be trying this technique out this weekend I plan on using purple carrots to dye my frosting! Pictures of the process to come soon.
