A yummy fall treat. Pre-heat oven at 400. Wash and cut your acorn squash into 1/2 inch half moon shaped slices. In a bowl toss squash with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Line on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese looks crispy. 20161017_194022.jpg
