This is easy and as simple possibly can be .
You will need chicken cooked and dice 1/2 inch
Portobello mushrooms fresh and diced
Cooking olive oil
Few cilantro leafs
One small diced onion
One cup of your favorite cheese
Salt, pepper for taste.
Saute mushrooms, onion, cilantro and all the spices in a skillet with olive oil and cook until almost soft then transfer it in a backing pan and cover with shredded cheese .bake for 30 minutes .
That was easy…but your work worth the taste and the freshness of this dish …Serve with fresh cucumber slices, roasted pimento peppers for garnish ..
