2.1/2 cups flower
2/3 cup oil
1.1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 large bananas mashed
2/3 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
I cup chopped nuts
Mix oil and eggs with a mixer. Add sugar and other ingredients and mix .Add buttermilk and mix .Next add bananas and nuts and mix again .Bake  at 325 for aprox 1 hour
