Mango puree from Sysco but any mango puree will do ..make your own if you prefer.
Dice onion ,bell pepper,tomato, jalapeño, squize one lemon,chopp fresh cilantro, salt for taste (Pico de gallo recipe)
Mix in mango pure and one cup of tomato sauce , adjust the taste.
Cook fish on flat top surface.
Add mango salsa and serve ….
