4 egg whites, 150 g granulated sugar, 50 g cocoa, 1/4 of whipped cream, vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of rum,50 ml boiling water

Mix the egg white to foam then add sugar and rum. Continue to foam until whites hardens again, then let cool in refrigerator. Mix whipped cream let cool in refrigerator.  In a separate bowl mix cocoa and vanilla gradually by adding 50 ml boiling water then leave to cool. Fold whipped cream over cocoa mixture and place composition  immediately to set in ice cream bowls or cups and set in fridge until set and ready to serve

tip. keep ice cream bowls and cups in the freezer in the same time you prep the ice cream will help chill faster
