Christmas prime rib
Here are a few tips when it comes to cooking a prime rib for Christmas dinner. Be sure to look for prime rib with a good amount of marbling which is the fat that runs through out the meat. More marbling means a nice moist and flavorful prime rib. When buying a prime rib have the bones cut away from the meat then tied back on for cooking, having the bones removed makes it easier to carve the finished prime rib. One last tip to prepare your meat, allow it to come to room temperature before cooking and prime rib it’s self is a delicious cut of meat so simply some kosher salt and pepper is needed.
