Happy New Year! Let’s begin 2017 with a healthy juice. Having a clean start for our body and mind is the best thing we can do.
Ingredients:
- 1 hand parsley
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 small cucumber
- 200 ml water
Directions:
Put everything in the blender. Mix it well and drink it during the day. Full of vitamins and minerals. Enjoy!
