Yield is for 5 lb of meat 

Marinating time is 2 hours 


​2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

Juice of 1 lemon

1t.spoon  fine minced garlic 

1 tablespoon kosher salt,  more or less to taste  

Tip: before you can use marinate on lamb the silver skin from meat has to be removed .
