This soup is healthy and good tasting. Fermented soy in miso and Worcestershire sauce give this soup a special taste .  Fresh miso paste can be found in Asian stores by the refrigeration units, come in multiple sizes and quality and can be used to make all kinds of  soups and stocks.

Few tips when making this soup

For faster cooking beef meatballs use a skillet and place a top to cover to preserve heat and create steam

When adding  vegetables, make sure are the same texture to cook even.

No need to hard boil this soup, a simmer for 20 minutes under a top is all what it takes to cook all ingredients.
