Firm tofu, King trumpet mushrooms, chicken stock, brown rice, soy sauce,chilli paste, garlic, cumin ,onion.
Boil rice separately and drain .
Dice mushrooms and tofu same size
Have chicken broth steamed hot in a pot add tofu , mushroom and rice ,1 small minced garlic, 1/2 tea spoon cumin, 1/2 cup diced onion. Steer and cover for 20 minutes, add soy sauce and chilli paste for taste ….So good .Easy to make and healthy
