Ingredients
1 kg of cauliflower(2.20.lb), 100 g french bread loaf , 150 ml milk, 
100-150g cottage cheese  , 100 g butter, 200 ml sour cream, 50 g flour 4 large 
eggs

Method

Cut cauliflower into bouquets, boil 15 minutes in salted water,
 strain and cool, using a mixer blend along with French bread soaked in milk ,
 add  sour cream , flour, egg yolks , melted butter , chopped dill and cottage 
cheese, mix it well ; Then, add the egg whites and mix easily by folding the 
mixture 
The composition is placed in a pan greased with solid margarine and well dusted 
with breadcrumbs .
 Bake 40-50 minutes in preheated oven in a double pan with water  
Do not open the oven for 20 minutes. When is baked flip pudding upside down 
on a platter and serve hot, as an entree,or as a side dish to any meat
