Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich
2 slices rustic white bread
Grated Gruyère cheese
Grated fontina cheese
Grated mozzarella cheese
Lightly butter the outsides of the bread slices. Top the
bread with an equal mix of grated Gruyère, fontina, and
mozzarella cheese. Close the sandwiches. Grill until
the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

If sandwich is made right will be a perfect combination of sound, along with color, taste, smell, and texture.

Cheeses with good melting properties include Gruyère,
Manchego, and Gouda.
