Peach Brulee

Summer delicious dessert recipe that is easy to make

1 lb fresh peaches, sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 t grated lemon peel
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 c honey

In a glass pie dish(heat resistant)arrange sliced peaches.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, honey and
lemon peel and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar to cover
Set your oven to broil for 1-4 minutes or until sugar
bubbles.
