1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon paprika 3/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon minced onion 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon ground oregano tip. mix this together and add to meat before cooked off. Great taste
