Number two rule . Got to laugh for at least 20 minutes minimum per day. Simple as that. Again this is proven that laughing makes a person feel better and is the natural medicine against anxiety . Number three rule. Nourish positive thoughts. Daily reading of positive messages, movies, music, imagination and dreams realizations can bring the mood of any person the feeling of happiness
