For this mushrooms appetizer you will need the following:

2 lbs mushrooms

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 lb Italian sausage

3 green onions chopped fine

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp olive oil

1. Clean and steam mushrooms.
2. Cook sausage same as you cook ground beef, drain excess fat  then add the rest of ingredients mixing well almost as a paste.. 3.Spoon the mixture in to the mushrooms  and bake for 20 min @350
