Perfect health consists of a well-balanced biochemical stability of your body that is achieve through a healthy eating, down to cellular levels where toxins are completely eliminated.

What is congestion food .. as the term suggest is foods that create congestions at any level in our body. We also call it toxic or inflammatory foods. The following are considered congestion foods: Fried food, organ and red meat foods,  any medication, hydrogenated fats, refined flours, sweets, milk, all foods that create allergies, baked foods. Those foods needs to be minimized, reduced or completely removed . Risks associated with consuming congestion foods for long periods of times include and are not limited to the followings disease:  Acne, allergies, Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis, bronchitis, cancer, cirrhosis, colds, diabetes, eczema, fibrocystic breast disease, hypertension, gastritis, gallstones, heart disease, kidney disease, menstrual problems and PMS, sinusitis, tension headaches…. etc . We stop here because this is not something that you should think of .. but believe it or not the list is impressive and cover all minor to major diseases know to human kind…

De-congestion food .  We can define de-congestion food as the opposite of the congestion food or just simply call it detoxifying  food. Here is few example : Nuts,  seeds , oat, vegetables, plant, roots,  greens, water, rice , potatoes, fruits ..

People  that associate their diets  with a high congestion diet ( Toxic diet) should be aware of the toxins levels  in their body and reduce  or eliminate all food associated with.

Simple, replace those foods with de-congesting foods is the way to do it. Two other  methods include fasting or vegetable /fruit juicing. Also replace all processed foods with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, and legumes. Eat more raw foods.

As our experience we suggest a method that we follow, 3 to 4  months of the year we are Vegans/ Vegetarians, we usually start in February and do it as long  as is possible but not less then 3 months, try it wont regret it.

Do other detoxifying  methods like try a no milk products for a week and see what happen, or sugar … keep notes, decide for yourself.
