Maybe the easiest and less ingredients ever, turn out to be delicious.there isn’t a recipe out there but you can folow the description. This came as an idea.
Mango puree.
You can make it yourself by freezing chunks of mango. Blend frozen add water to make it like an ice cream consistancy . Place in the freezer.
Caramel . Make a simple caramel from just sugar melted . Drop on wax paper and let stand until half way cooled then shape it with your hands as you desire. If gets to hard place in Microwave for few seconds . One you pleased with the shape.
Now start plating by put together your caramel flower and your mango. May not look exactly like mine but I’m sure is going you look good.
