Our mind ..our food

It is believed that mind control the genes and because of that the thoughts can change  our biology. Starting from this belief than thoughts can make you sick or healthy. Thinking healthy food, eating wholesome foods , being  involved in the process of preparing healthy foods  will lead  to fulfill the healthy eating life style.

You are what you think you are, you are what you eat …let’s go beyond this thought

We all know that our mind, the way we think influence everything in our life.  The medium that we create and actively leave is created by a correlation of out thought and our actions. Negative thoughts, will lead you to a negative action,  including the way  you chose your food.

The source is here and the nature provide the best organic foods, but your choices will make it or break it, in a way to say it. We should take advantage of the best of food that nature can offer then use knowledge to create the most benefit, healthy meals.

Be open-minded but in the same time skeptical

We agree that everything that grows naturally as foods is better than processed foods with additives that do not even get tested before are approved to be for consumption,  but food can hurt you even is natural.  A short example here carrageenan  is an algae . It is still added to foods today because is a natural source of making gels and binding foods together. New studies show hat carrageenan is an inflammatory food additive and help in developing and growth of cancers. Be aware of inflammatory  foods.

Eating healthy is your best medicine and before you consider artificial medication please consider a natural approach. We are not telling you to skip your doctor prescription we telling you that may be better alternatives, a more healthy approach.
